Pamela Cassick, CEO Ext. 111

Pamela founded The Mailworks in 1984. From the very beginning, she has been dedicated to building a company founded on superior customer service and consistent job performance. The Mailworks started with a staff of one, and thanks to Pam’s entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and dedication, has grown to a dedicated staff of more than sixty highly-trained printing and mailing specialists. Under Pam’s leadership, The Mailworks team uses technology and strict financial guidelines to stay in the forefront of its field and has steadily outgrown 4 facilities through the years, processing over 100 million pieces of mail a year.

Giving back has always been a priority for Pam. She has been a Platinum level sponsor of both the Capital Region American Marketing Association and the Capital Region Postal Customer Council for over 10 years. A number of local charities and non-profits rely on her generosity for assistance with their advertising, printing and mailing services.

Michael Rabbia, President Ext. 112

Michael has more than 20 years experience in the direct mail industry and specializes in accounting and finance. Mike began as a manager and now oversees the Finance and Human Resources departments at The Mailworks. His strategic financial advisement ensures that The Mailworks is able to stay current with the latest technologies and employ the most knowledgeable and talented staff in the direct mail industry.

Kathe Quinn, VP Client Services Ext. 113

Kathe’s number one priority is keeping her clients happy. Her effort to build and maintain relationships has attributed to The Mailwork’s dedicated and growing customer base. For 18 years, Kathe has been working with our clients to bring their direct mail ideas to fruition in a cost effective and efficient manner.

Brianne Baggetta Noonan, Business Development Ext. 115

As the director of Business Development, Brianne is responsible for keeping The Mailworks competitive and current with the latest direct mail industry trends. She oversees the marketing and advertising for the business as well as the purchasing of new equipment to highlight our production capabilities. For more complex campaigns, Brianne gets involved in the creative aspect of the project as well as providing suggestions to save money and drive response rates.

Jennifer Rogers, Senior Account Executive Ext. 131

Jennifer thrives on working with people from a variety of industries. She takes the time to thoroughly understand the needs of her customers and guides them through the direct mail process. Jennifer has been with The Mailworks for 10 years and has valuable printing and mailing experience in the business. She is able to look at projects from a cost saving advantage and offer solutions to develop successful direct mail campaigns. In addition to her work at The Mailworks, Jen has been active in the local American Marketing Association (AMA), Capital Region Chapter.

Joe Manillo, Production Manager Ext. 116

Joe manages The Mailworks’ tight production schedule. His ability to organize and oversee the high volume and variety of print and mail projects that circulate through our facility allows us to meet our dedicated turn around times. With over 15 years experience, Joe constantly challenges himself and our team to learn new strategies and skills. He takes pride in meeting all deadlines and is a master in time management.

Tracey Cherney, Production, Quality Control Specialist Ext. 121

Tracey has been with The Mailworks for 18 years and is dedicated to ensuring every job is completed with the highest quality. Tracey loves being able to find ways to save customers money. If you have a question, Tracey will find the answer for you quickly and accurately. She works along side our in-house United States Postal Service processing center to make sure every job leaves our facility successfully.

Jessica Simpson, Director of Print Services Ext. 100

Jessica is a people person and enjoys coordinating projects with customers and vendors. With over 14 years in the print industry, Jessica can offer suggestions to print your projects cost effectively while still maintaining high quality standards. She is responsible for overseeing our print production, paper inventories, and color quality.

Rich Cherney, Director of Computer Services Ext. 135

Rich loves a challenge and collaborating with coworkers to make sure every job is completed to the highest quality standards. With 21 years of experience, he can find solutions to the most difficult data, document, variable print and mailing problems. He oversees the digital printing department and is responsible for keeping The Mailworks up to date with the latest printing and mailing technologies.

Johanna Quinn, Senior Account Executive Ext. 119

Helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable are just a few words to describe Johanna. She will go the extra mile to find the answers you need and help you save money. Johanna has been with The Mailworks for 15 years.

Beth Roy, Director of Accounting Ext. 132

Beth handles the invoicing and balancing of all accounts and can clarify any invoicing questions related to service charges, postage balances, and left over materials. Beth has been with The Mailworks for 16 years.

Christina Baggetta, Accounting Associate Ext. 121

Christina assists the accounting department with accounts receivables and manages accounts payables. She works with both outside vendors and clients to manage the finances of the company. Christina graduated from Siena College in 2010.

Mark Cherney, Assistant Director of Computer Services Ext. 117

Mark has been with The Mailworks for 16 years in the Computer Services Department. He is proficient in Planet Press, QuarkXPress, Mail Manager, Photoshop, and various other programs. He oversees our prepress operation and enjoys working with clients to set up, deploy, and maintain variable print solutions.

Scott Rogers, Prepress Technician Ext. 130

Since 2004, Scott has been responsible for managing the prepress and mail processing of our print and mail production projects. His proficiencies in QuarkXPress, InDesign, and Mail Manager allow him to preflight each project to guarantee a high quality printed piece mailed at the lowest possible postage rates. He is eager to help and works with our clients to correct any artwork or data base issues.

Chuck Brierley Ext. 104

Chuck has over 15 years experience in direct mail computer processing. He is responsible for all NCOA (National Change of Address) processing and keeping our client’s mailing lists updated with the most recent address info on file.
