Postage Estimates – Maintaining your budget is important. We can provide postage estimates during the planning stages of your project to help define your budget and stay on target.
Postal Issues – Say goodbye to delays and unplanned postage increases. We consistently monitor postal regulations so you won’t be hit with any surprise overages.
MB Tracker – The status of your projects is at your fingertips. Our online ordering and tracking system allows you to submit a job, receive service quotes, contact a customer service representative, and track a job through the production process. You can also view a complete history of all your jobs completed by the Mailworks.

Data Services

The Mailworks has the resources and software to ensure you are getting the highest response rates and are reaching your target audience.

List Maintenance – Provide us with your mailing lists and we can provide:

• Database conversions

• List standardization

• Merging of lists and elimination of duplication within the lists

• Purging of lists

• Technical support compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems

National Change of Address (NCOA) service – Provide your mailing list and we can eliminate undeliverable addresses by verifying any changes in address through the United States Postal Service NCOA files.
Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) and Mail Tracking – If you need your campaign to reach its audience by a targeted date, the IMB system will allow the tracking of your mailing to the five digit zip code.
Personalization – Provide us with the demographics of your target audience and we can customize a mailing list based upon those criteria to elicit a greater response rate by reaching a specific population.

Equipment List

Addressing – Proper formatting is the key to cost savings. We’ll format your lists using advanced postal software ensuring you get the best postage rates available.
Inserting – We have the equipment and capabilities to complete any insertion needs in a cost effective manner.
Intelligent Inserting – Achieve higher response rates and improve the effectiveness of your campaign. Using state-of-the-art equipment, we have the ability to match a personalized insert to the name and address on an envelope.
Variable Data Personalization – We can personalize your mailing using the specific data you provide, whether it is as simple as the addressee’s name or as complex as graphic treatments.
Short Run Digital Printing – We offer competitive pricing on color or black and white print pieces specializing in postcards, self-mailers, letters, and custom mail designs. For print runs under 5000 pieces, this may be a money saving option for you.

Additional Production Services include: folding, tabbing, live stamps, perforation and gluing, and cutting. If your job requires an additional service, you can work with our customer service representatives for additional options.

 

Fulfillment Services

The Mailworks provides services to warehouse and ship anything from books to DVDs or CDs.

Warehousing – If you don’t have the physical space to store your materials we’ll do it for you. We have 50,000 square feet of safe, clean space and the ability to inventory by pallet, carton, or individual unit. 
Pick and Pack – Maintain your inventory at our facilities and we’ll prepare and ship only those materials you’ve designated for your particular campaign.
Bulk Shipments – If you need to ship a large quantity we will work with Federal Express, UPS, or DHL for delivery.

 

Trucking Services

If you have a large mailing, The Mailworks can help you get postal discounts and improve delivery with our trucking services. We provide delivery to bulk mail centers, sectional centers, or individual delivery units. We may be able to cut days off your delivery times and save you money in postage.
