That’s why we created Goodworks, our community engagement program that channels valuable resources and attention into various causes. We aim to identify causes that align with our corporate values, specifically seeking out initiatives that foster progress and equality.

I feel a personal responsibility to support our community. Leveraging the resources of my business is one way to contribute. When we partner our products and services with people working to create positive change, the momentum is powerful. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

The concept behind Goodworks emerged as a way to use The Mailworks’ design, printing and mailing resources to benefit the community. Originally intended as a small fundraiser, the initial success prompted us to expand the initiative. Through Goodworks, The Mailworks will now partner with non-profits and businesses to raise funds through the sale of products on our website.

1. Our marketing team designs a printed product such as a decal or poster, which is created to highlight a specific cause and partnering organization. We donate 100% of the sale price to support the applicable cause.

2. The product is made available for purchase on The Mailworks website with a clear indication that the proceeds are donated. A “Shipping and Expenses” fee is charged as a line item to cover our production, labor and shipping costs.

3. Orders are printed weekly on-demand and mailed via USPS First Class mail. Each week, The Mailworks provides a detailed report of products sold to the partner organization and disperses a check for funds raised.

The Goodworks fundraising model is a great way for people to support a cause while also receiving a physical sign of their support. To generate additional awareness, we often partner with social media influencers and relevant organizations to spread the word.
