Turnaround Times

We pride ourselves on quick, reliable turn around times. Here's what you can expect when working with us.

1 - 2 DAYS
Design & Proof

Place your order on our site and expect a proof back within 1 business day. The sooner you approve or send revisions, the faster your job will be completed. Some customers have print ready artwork and approve the first proof with no edits. Other customers may require several rounds of revisions and spend a few days in this stage. With our unlimited graphic design service we will get your project print perfect. Most jobs can pass through the design and proof phase in 1-2 business days. For new custom creatives, please budget more time.

1 - 3 DAYS
Production Time

Once your proof is approved, we need 1-3 business days to complete your order. Expect this speedy turn around time for postcards, letters, invitations, and more. Print orders will be shipped directly to you with the delivery method of your choice. Mailings will be entered into the postal stream directly from our facility.

2-10 DAYS
Mail Delivery

From the time your mailing leaves our facility you can expect it to deliver in 2-10 days, depending on the postage class you selected.

New Custom Creative

When utilizing our unlimited graphic design services to develop a new custom creative, please expect the process to take a few days at a minimum. Depending on the scope and complexity of the project we aim to have your first draft complete in 2 business days. Rounds of revisions are handled with priority and we work to meet your deadlines while still producing quality design. Every project is different and so is every customers needs.

Hand Inserting

The products on our site are priced and formatted to be machine inserted. We complete this process by placing a small barcode on your personalized letter or insert that is then matched to the name on the envelope by intelligent match camera. Some customers opt to remove this tiny barcode for various reasons. In this case, the project will have to be inserted and matched by hand. This adds an additional fee and 5 - 10 days to the overall project scope.

When does this occur?

  • A customer opts to remove the match barcode from their personalized letter or insert
  • A customer selects a non-machinable euro flap envelope upgrade
  • A customer has a mailing with more than one personalized insert

What Kind of
Customer Are You?
